Sounds like "the bucket list" but it's asian. I can't search it anywhere ╥﹏╥. I know there's a manga since it was more explicit in there than the movie (they changed the terminal ill to a kid in the movie so they just kissed there)
It ended with them sitting by the sea, girl died and the man was arrested.(They commit crimes while running, theft, etc)
