So i think, He left Pado before because of those rumors or some bullying shit happened,idk whatever & he scared of ruining pado's name or causing bad reputation for him Or whatever and he regrets it later for hurting him or whatever, so he came to seoul to find pado for a apology or to confess or again whatever reason.......
