I don't pity nor like Nathaniel

You guys should know that Nathaniel is aware of the poly relationship that he married into, even in the novel, Nath never actually love the ML, he needed an heir to secure his status in the royal family that's why he's attacking MC. His family is the real villain, his family tried to poison MC to death so Nath's position and status can be secured, they were the ones brainwashing Nathaniel in to thinking he needed an heir to the throne. Nath's family found out that the ML is not born of Royal family's blood(?) I did MTL this and it says that he's a traitor's son or something?? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Anyways the problem here is that Nathaniel blamed it on MC and constantly harassed MC, first with a subtle meaning like a mirror. Look at you guys at Nathaniel's feet worshipping him like he was the most beautiful God you have ever seen, yes Nathaniel is beautiful but his beauty should not be an object to attack mc like that, he gave MC a mirror as a gift which has a meaning that basically said "Look at the mirror you ugly hoe, you're just a side chick"

It's not MC's fault that the ML is such an awful guy and why did he stay in his quarters instead of opening his legs for the ML?? He wanted an heir to secure his status, he should've done his work properly rather than acting like it was MC's fault, he has a part in it, he married into a polygamous relationship, he should act like one

And guys, seriously this is a polygamous relationship normalized by royal families, stop acting like it's monogamous, the setting is not in modern plot, it's in historical plot so expect poly settings

At first i was gonna like ur comment cause u seemed like u understood the nuances but as I kept reading it just kept getting worse lmao. Most people aren't upset about the "poly" thing cause the description literally said concubine in it so i think ppl knew what their getting into. The blame for this story is 100% on the emperor so saying u hate Nathaniel, who is just as much as a victim as the mc, is kinda wild. Victim to his family and his husband. Ur first paragraph was wonderful when u mentioned great points about Nath not really loving the prince but brainwashed by his family. This very true to back when monarchies and concubines were prominent. Harem families would pressure their relatives into making rash choices for the sake of status. but then i was so confused to the next paragraph were u started hating on nathaniel for "harassing" the MC as if he is some villain or something and as if he wanted to do this. I also think alot of ur irrational dislike for Nathaniel is coming from the fact that ppl think he is more beautiful than the MC...which is objectively true. It's almost the point lol. And then the victim blaming u did when u said Nathanial "should have done his work properly"...um THE EMPEROR IS NEGLECTING HIM. Nath IS doing his work. He has to uphold perfection and reproduce with the emperor which is what he is trying to do but the EMPEROR is refusing to do HIS part. IDK how u started so great and missed the plot TT

That's what he literally signed up for, he's not a victim in this situation, if he wanted to keep his mantoy, he should've done so in the beginning instead of being a btch to Christ just because he could not rizz the guy. Staying nonchalant and graceful is not gonna make him magically pregnant

Also he's the one who harrased Christ in the first place, he's more likely the ab4s3r, in the situation, Christ is the real victim here. He's always walking on egg shells trying to beware of how and what he should answer and then he's there for what? To teach Christ a lesson for coming after his "wallet" and that makes him a victim??? Remember if mc successfully did not marry the ml, the feelings are mutual, ml will be getting the best sex and Nathaniel will be bathing in money, he's basically a "Gold Digger" and what happens when the man found someone else, he leaves the Gold digger and focus that person he's going to marry.
