I hate to break it to you, but when a person dies and is reincarnated as a completely different person -- they are almost never reincarnated into the same family. So no, it would not be incest even if the male lead was Renaldo.
It would still be 20 shades of messed up, because they REMEMBER growing up together, and Rosemary practically raised him, but physically, Marie is a different person.
But luckily for you, Marie ends up with Rizel in the end. So she ends up becoming Queen after all.
