So its supernatural, MC could see spirit/ghost, ML is possesed by a spirit or is a spirit. MC's mom is a rich woman who got worried about strange things that happen around them or that house, MC somehow met the Mom before he met ML and got hurt because of him but MC kind of have an ability to recover fast
Also there is a scene when someone got possesed, invite MC to his room and tried to stab him
