Well, I read the prologue (and so can you, it's right here, in chapters list, twice, actually) and that is not what it's shown in the prologue. Yeonjo is with Hee-Ryang again, yes, we aren't shown how. And Hee-Ryang blackmail him, yes, but for Yeonjo to stop hurting himself.
Honestly I’m kind of disappointed at what the author is doing right now. She doesn’t want the ML to suffer even one chapter ?? So after a UNIQUE chapter is already had doubt about a potential escape plan !! They didn’t even let him mourn and repent himself no, he is the ML so at the end of the day he’s smarter than anyone else and even in his so called mourning, he knows that the MC is alive lmao.
