this is a super mixed bag type manga icl. at times i was feeling it and other times not so much:
1. ima get it out the way that hoe ass bitch agatsuma or whatever actually pmo. he was a two timing asshole, doing uke while having a whole ass gf & still got married to her! and denied his cheating with uke since "hes a man and it wasnt a real relationship" SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU KNOW DAMN WELL WHAT YOU WERE DOING (╬￣皿￣)凸. and after he got divorced he went straight back to uke and that scene inside his home made me sick. AND he was still making sly moves on uke after him and seme got together. hes such a fucking scumbag. ong uke shouldve killed him. infact i volunteer to do it myself if i ever get isekaid into this manga im sliming him out first thing.
2. imo the rape scene with the 2 dudes was unnecessary. nothing else to say here i just think it could've been left out & the author shouldve either kept agatsuma(? the ex) as the main perpetrator, or avoided the rape route entirely. which leads me to....
3. i do not like how the aftermath of the rape was handled. as in like no one got any consequences??? i mean the 2 guys got chased by agatsuma but he himself just, went back to work like it was nothing?? idk ike hes such a bad energy and i really wanted seme to at least deal with him or something since he literally SA'd uke. i get uke stopped him but idk its just icky all of it is icky（||| TДT)/
4. i love the seme so much. total green flag and hes hot ash ლ(´ڡ`ლ) him with scruffy hair and his glasses got me drooling hes so my type (≧∀≦) also love his words of affirmation and comfort to uke and how he didnt judge ukes sexuality! hes the best thing to come from this manga frfr
5. uke is an interesting character. hes hurting and self-loathing because of his sexuality and unlike many people in the comments, i appreciate the author for including this because unfortunately, being gay is not accepted in this world, especially in Asian cultures which typically hold more conservative views. heck even in the west which holds a more "liberal" ideology, LGBT+ is still very controversial. so yeah him being afraid of being in a healthy relationship with seme is understandable, he's used to being abused/rejected/not taken seriously in relationships and its hard to get over that trauma and feeling of being unwanted and "just a side piece". BUT that doesnt mean he is an angel either. at times i feel like he was being unfair to seme, and he lowkey SA'd seme in chap 1. just bc seme was into it doesnt erase the fact that there was coercion/forcefulness and a power imbalance (boss and subordinate)(and knowing japanese work culture this is like x10 worse pressure). now im more or less impartial to this (ive read too many yaois that these things doesnt fase me as much) but i know for some readers this may be a deal breaker. because of all this im quite split on whether i like or dont like uke... i know for a fact that i hate agatsuma tho (im never gonna stop slandering him hes a pos)
