I always saw it as a symptom of denji’s hypersexuality due to sa and him craving human connection through intimacy. I agree that fujimoto doesn’t handle it with enough grace in some instances but idk I always found it pretty relatable as someone who went through similar things due to csa
… you know you can enjoy a story without sharing the character’s sentiment right? denji sees the world in a certain way because he’s your stereotypical teenage boy first of all (horrible experiences he had with intimacy aside). a teenager living his sexuality isn’t a crime, pedophilia, rape, SA and stuff of the sort is. just because fujimoto is showing how denji is down bad for every girl that tries to obtain something from him through sexual behaviors doesn’t mean that his intention is showing school girls panties left and right, but it’s just my opinion
