I just have one problem. He is not 100% hetero

Sorry but that bothered me. It’s okay to say he’s still discovering himself. He’s experimented with guys before and just had intercourse with a man after weeks of sexual activity with same man. Sorry but it’s okay to say he never explored it (which he did tho)…other than that, can’t wait until it comes back!

I had the same thought. Not to label someone but if he’s gotten physical with guys then he’s not 100% hetero at least on a sexual level. Romantic maybe, but not sexual. He had zero qualms getting physical with Ian, so he’s at least open to exploring it.

I get you guys point, but I also understand hers. It's not hard to understand actually. I get it might sound offensive for some folks, but as a bissexual person myself I felt no offensive as Eusan really does consider himself straight, even if he had experienced before and has done it with Ian. The thing it's about how Eusan feels, and in no moment he expressed any desire to label himself as something else than straight, so we should respect that. It's just my opinions pls I'm not trying to be rude or disregarding your opinios ! :))

No I get it, everyone chooses how to label themselves. I'm pansexual but understand - especially in manhwa - there tends to be very little nuance to sexuality, just gay or straight, and in that dichotomy he considers himself straight. But I also feel like it contributes to homophobia to insist on embraceing straightness when emphatically not straight things are happening, if that makes sense? Like of course IRL not everyone has the ability to be out, Korea is a homophobic country - I get all that. But idk, calling him 100% hetero - even from the outside, observing the story - feels like saying on some level that those experiences don't count. Kind of like when guys are like "oh yeah I'd watch my girlfriend make out with another girl," because they don't view it as anything real. Forgive the mishmash of thoughts, hopefully some of it makes sense.

its the way the author treats it like bisexuality is some fucking disease and I assure you the "im only gay for you" trope is a fetish for these women who make it

I was actually under the impression that Eunsan did NOT consider himself 100% straight until the author’s note tbh.

Also the author said something like “he’s 100% hetero so it took a lot to get him to sleep with another guy,” but it… did not. At all. Not even a little bit.

Me too! I didn’t get him being 100% straight at all.
