yeah, i see what you’re saying. usually i do read the summaries and comments before reading for this reason specifically, that’s why i started reading this because i didn’t see any warnings except for the top of the chapter. i don’t judge the cover unless it’s a love triangle cause i usually don’t get much insight from covers. this cover could have at least been mistaken as a yearner even.
