I do hope that Dojin has a good reason for ever contacting Hye-sung's mother, though he isn't as bad as i thought based on the comments because he wasn't forcing any relationship with Hye-sung and his mother, he was only, just talking to her. (hopefully wasn't planning any meet ups between hyesung and her)
Lets also try to have a clear understanding of Byul. He's a teenager, and no, i wont give the reason that he's "old" enough to not say something like that or privileged enough to not have said that because clearly, he does regret his words and he knew he messed up by saying them, it was literally only said due to him being frustrated for a moment.
We also can't just say that Byul should have known better because lets be fr, he doesn't even know anything. He didn't know the full story as to why his mom didn't want him, he doesn't know the story as to why his mom and his grandma aren't in good terms. No one explained to him, so all he could do was compare the situation of him being abandoned as a baby to Hye's rs with his mom even though Hye-sung got it more bad than him. (Unless I've missed some plot that was shown, this is how i see it in this chapter)
