For a supposedly queen of a past era she acts a bit too naive or too carefree, idk how to explain but it doesn't quite give how a queen would actually act. She has her moments like cornering the dude and all that and slowly figuring out the ringleader but Idk, pretty sure imperial court and the inner chambers / king's harem which usually the queen oversees is teeming with schemes and a queen wouldn't survive if she doesn't have a firm grip on the concubines (they usually get pretty cruel in trying to "discipline" just so they can stay in power, like feeding them medicine to prevent them from getting pregnant, or making an example of one person so others won't try sht with her). I get that she's more of a general but she still lived as a queen for years, it's impossible for her to not experience power struggle for the king's affection especially since she's forbidden to use the sword when she got married. Anyways what I'm saying is, a scheme by a bunch of teenagers shouldn't be too hard for her to resolve quickly compared to what she should've been through in her past life, (and tbh, for someone used to killing people on the battlefield she's too lenient with her enemies here, look how that one girl keep causing trouble because she couldn't break down her spirit completely which is usually done to avoid further problems especially in her era where the smallest mistake and mercy could cost her her life. Not saying she should kill them but there are a lot of other ways to effectively instill fear in them compared to just beating them up and a couple of threats).
Idk I could probably say more but overall, it's more like a "hero" not a queen or even a warrior who got reincarnated. She's a warrior, someone who commands others and supposedly triumph in battlefields and wars are not all about fighting, torturing enemies to get information is not uncommon in such hellish situations and other unsavory stuff can happen, too. So yeah, it's a bit lacking for me but if you want to read fighting with a side dish of schemes then this is probably for you.
