If they were to get together, it wouldn't count as incestuous because firstly, there isn't any blood/biological relation between the two. secondly, they haven't established their relationship as one belonging to a daughter and father, so they don't view each other that way. So yeah!!
Found family/stepfamily still poses the same concerns. Sure, from a genetic standpoint it’s not materially problematic, but decided family dynamics do introduce some contextually weird shit. If the mom is *intending* for the boy to be her husband and thus her daughter’s (unnaturally young) stepdad….eeeegh specifically here they’re basically the same age this is so uncomfortable
