See I get the curiosity kids have about relatives their parents don't talk about, but trying to build a relationship with them??? Despite knowing that your mom has cut them off from their life? Bruh, I won't bother. My mom hates you, she may be wrong, but her feelings are valid and at the end of the day I'll choose her.
Cutting people off takes a lot of strength and resolve, how much more if it's a parent; Byul should've understood that he didn't need to know everything.
Also, her being abandoned by her other children says a lot...
