This manhua based off a Chinese tale that had been around for a long time now. I'm sure you can find the original Chinese (cartoon) show/drama online somewhere. I watched this when I was a kid and it's a typical Chinese show/drama similar to Journey to the West. And if you watch Journey to the West, you would find that NeZha is also a character in the (cartoon) show/drama near the beginning.
