this one is an absolute classic and iconic series considering how much it influenced the anime industry’s for years, ‘plus’ it went viral again due to its famous theme song a year ago I think?

urusei yatsura, it’s essentially about an alien princess who comes to earth and due to a misunderstanding falls head over heels with a sleezy womanizer dickhead of a high schooler who to his own credit does have slow character growth and development in the series regarding her and has moments every few episodes (for just two example’s are episode 10 and 44) where he makes it crystal clear without her in his life he’s miserable and deeply misses her, implying he actually does care and loves her even if he’s deeply scared of actually admitting and showing it so much because he doesn’t want to settle down and marry so soon at 17.
if you’re going to read the manga, highly also recommend the original 80’s anime and its respective movies afterward, don’t bother with the modern 2022 reboot since it absolutely neutered and removed so many subtle things in it from the original and just very much lacks the love and charm the original series had.

this one is about an invisible man and his blind female coworker working at a detective agency in a supernatural type of world, it’s extremely cute and sweet ‘and’ has an anime adaptation confirmed for next january with the trailer being out for months now
