Honestly I enjoy this for the tension and the art the author conveys, but good lord maybe they needed to start off with a simpler plot Honestly the plot points are pretty easy to follow on a base level, but a lot was thrown into the story to get it going, and then casually tossed away to prevent too much plot conflict that would have needed to be solved. This is most proven by the odd time skips inserted between times of trouble for the characters. Its not the worst writing I've seen other than that, but its a little lazy, and can be hard to follow/ get invested in since its very obvious that no follow through will happen when it comes to something that is in the way of the main chracters- ie, there's no "Big bad" ominous build up that keeps the reader on edge. In the absence of this the story seems pretty lackluster compared to what the earlier chapters promised, especially for a mafia style storyline. Therefore I honestly think this would have been better as a simpler storyline with less risk factor involved with both the author and the characters. Its been a beautiful story overall despite this though, and I do really enjoy the relationship dynamics the characters have and their personalities in general. Really hoping to see a better paced, and written comic out of this artist or author again(⌒▽⌒)
