Can someone explain to me what the ritual is or what amon deal with the priest is..?

we don’t know yet. Na-in assumed the deal between the priest and Amon was for the priest to handle paperwork and other clerical boring tasks. But Amon never confirmed that. There could be more to the story and it could relate to the ritual. We know nothing about the ritual.
