usually side stories are like an alternate reality like, when it’s not an omegaverse it becomes an omegaverse, or like an idol side story. sometimes the side story is a continuation of the main story. but this one was lowkey just a repetition of the main story with small changes and nothing significant really happening.
but the things is, it is different, the side stories show that even in a alternate reality both end up together even if their situations were different.
It's probably because the author mightve had two ideas for the main story but use one (ofcourse) and now the 2nd idea is being used in the side stories (like a story reset)
