I have noticed that too,i'm pretty sure she wasn't that pretty in the beginning either
She was pretty but it’s like when you give the nerd a makeover you see how truely pretty they are. She got cleaned up.
Rereading old chapters to remind myself that they did indeed have chins more often than not... And more color/texture.
