It's nice that the author included a trope like this though!!
The "this person is famous, so without realizing it i trust them a bit more than the average joe, and if said person turns out to have bad intentions, their fame makes it easier for them to do wrong"
It happens so often out there with youtubers, actors, singers.
Just because we've seen people's faces around before and because so many people seem to love makes folks trust them a bit more than the average person, but fame doesn't make them a good person by default.

I feel like people raised as women are taught to be scared of strangers way more than men, so it's really nice that the author is doing some prevention here!
