Considering that he lived his 18th years on that underground, calculating and analyzing his ever movement for him to survive and meeting dr. X that help him understand in his own pacing(like how dr. X made the feelings as Territory), Because of course An Nou become numb about his emotion( imagine dealing with those terrible scene and people)
