There was nothing Ido could say or explain why he did those in the past, because there’s no valid excuse for his actions. No amount of sorry will be enough and it’s all up to Sejin’s true feelings. I’m just glad that the author is laying these all up instead of being fast-paced. I love how Sejin says what hurts now instead of keeping it to himself.
