As a crazy fan Of Mauli's character, I will sound biased. But I'm saying it the psychological way. He didn't love anyone more than himself. When Mauli wasn't busy and there was no other person, he dedicated his time and strived to wait for her being the good husband. After Nandini entered, he didn't need to do all that to get company of any woman. Nandini being in an abusive marriage, was desperate for a kind person. He was that to her regardless of how shtty a person he actually was to Mauli. I feel bad for both girls, ofc more for Mauli.
Oh no, I love Mauli too. Kunal was obsessed with nandini. As u know obsession comes with aggression. U remember when nandini wanted to break things off with Kunal? He got really aggressive about it. When he was never like that with mauli.I loved the fact that mauli got what she deserved. Ishan. But do you think he would want mauli if nandani was alive? He was even talking to her photo after her death. Her loss made him want warmth. And he felt nostalgia with mauli. Kunal only wanted his daughter, misthi.
