But really my grudge is with the writer, uke's character does not read believable, it reads amateur. High stake actions in an end of the world situation, a constant fight or flight mode situation literally changes your neural networks which basically means that a normal sensible person trying to survive (uke was also on his own before he met seme) would actually get seme's thinking without judging him willy nilly.
