I think it is mostly because of the amount of dialogues and inner monologues which are not so extensive in the manhwa opposed to the novel. The situations and plot is quite similar as in the novel so far, just the amount of talking and thinking is simplified for the sake of manhwa. But we were robbed of their communication and sex on the beach which happened after the coyotes when Chase went swimming naked lmao
I would say so. Also they are in a situation where Josh is sucker for chase and his face and is in love with him and Chase wants Josh, unfortunatelly they do not really communicate well and early about the state of their relationship but both want each other, so it is not basically the main focus of the story. Somehow the focus shifts to Chase and his physicall and mental health and Joshs role in his wellbeing rather than them chasing each other since they love each other

Guys, stop right here. I feel like I'm missing something. How come that day 1 they kiss after the coyotes incident, next time they see each other they get very very passionate, next time they get horny out of nowhere and just had s3x between some trailers?
They're very comfortable with each other, and it's a good thing, but they're not having a talk about limits, situationships, Joshua's son? Is this only a hookup at this point?
Is there something that happens in the novel that is not portrayed in the manhwa, that can help me to understand better?
I like it so much, but since the coyotes everything feels rushed
