My sister read it a few months ago maybe but she forgot to bookmark it. She said it's only a few chapters that time, around 9. What she remembers are:

1. Setting is classic european , dresses, dukes/nobility, and stuff
2. FL is a (hidden?) writer of maybe racy novels (probably commoner or low ranking?)
3. ML is owner of a newspaper publishing house thingy (probably high ranking)
4. They got married and fl didn't know why he picked her
