so i've been putting off starting this story for so long bc i wanted the chapters to accumulate a bit before i read it and then i saw that the season ended so i thought it would be the perfect time to catch up now and maaaaaan. i have a lot to say omg. first of all, ian is FINE. like. VERY. djksjsks it's been a while since i've been this captivated by a manhwa character idk but there's just something about him. i didn't like his personality at first but as the story progresses im finding him more and more charming. his aura is crazy and then he kind of has this cute side to him too. i love it. i also really love eunsan's character as well. besides being so gorgeous, his personality is kinda refreshing to me. i like how straight forward he is, but also strong minded. you can tell he doesn't take shit from anyone.
i also want to praise the dynamic between the two of them. there's so much more we have yet to see from them but they already match so well. i love the pining from ian's side and i love that deep down eunsan secretly enjoys it all. i love ian's straightforwardness and how vocal he is about liking eunsan, but also the fact that he's not trying to pressure him for something more. he says that after his four months are up they can let everything between them go, but i love that we all know that definitely won't be the end.
AND THE TATTOO. THE FAWKING TATTOO!!!!!!!! IM TWEAKINGGGGGGGG i already figured when it was first mentioned that it was related to eunsan but finally getting to see it and know the meaning behind it… BOYYYYYY. i found it sooooo cute and sweet. i can see how it might be weird to get a tattoo for a person without their permission but jesus i think i'd lowkey be touched by it.
and last but not least i wanna mention the hockey puck. again, i figured ian had it once eunsan mentioned it, but the fact that he took it and got it signed for eunsan was soooo meaningful to me. and that brings me back to why i love his character so much. the love he has for eunsan runs so deep and i can't wait to get more of an insight to their past. UGH i can't wait for season two and it's already killing me not knowing how long it's going to take to come.
one season in and im already giving this 5 stars. the hype around this story is WELL deserved. AND WE'RE ONLY 26 CHAPTERS IN!!!!!!!! on one hand i'm glad i waited a bit to start reading, but on the other i feel like i've been missing out all this time. i never write long comments like this either but i just had to let all off my thoughts out like this hair is sooooo good!!!
