So we have no idea what happened to the first two... Unless they became mermaids, too. The two girls on the chapter after that seem to be aiming for the same guy, with one already being loved. I think it's creepy to try and kill mermaids and eat their flesh; they'd go to that extent to be loved back... That's some serious troubling way of thinking...
