I feel more torn on manhwa that have an English translation out that I can buy. Like Hate Mate, which I do buy their English version. With Fools, I literally have no way of reading it if not for the fanlations, and Comica has already said they have no foreseeable intention of releasing it in English.
i'll be honest i've had mixed feelings with this manhwa ever since the artist made a rant about english translations on twitter but it /is/ still my one of my favorite mahwas and i really appreciate that people are still working on it <3 (≧∀≦)
