My god I love this story, it’s so sweet. I’ve never seen a chasing arc where the bottom is doing the chasing (at least not for an BS reason) and I am obsessed.
It’s not inherently that he did something malicious either, he just hurt the top unintentionally and with full jurisdiction the top cut him off then. But the chase scene that comes out it is so goodddd… another thing, their relationship is so pure.
They’re so good and the get together, to the chasing, to the after - none of it is boring. It’s a pretty mellow story, sure but it’s not boring one bit.
Side tangent ——- The fact they hold relationships to such high standards is kinda rare in BL. The hatred of casual flings from both of them - wild - and also the both of them just being good boyfriends in general from their past to their present. It’s just crazy to me that they’re not toxic - or not as jaded as other BL couples.
They’re up there with the couple from the third ending honestly in terms of yearning and a cute and docile relationship.
