I understand that eunhyeok is a product of having lot of unprocessed trauma, but I don't think the author even thought of incorporating therapy lol coz that would destroy their process of portraying Su-Ae as the "savior". Which I don't like because in reality nobody can save you but yourself. And one cannot literally pour from an empty cup and that's how I see Eunhyeok now. He should be working on himself first before I finally see him as a good ML (coz u know this is still a romance story).
