I decided to reread it again cuz i miss them and I was confused about why Yi-ho wouldn't let Yi-rim touch him. My own interpretation is that Yi-ho probably thinks Small Daddy can’t live without him (which is true), and he remembers how anxious Big Daddy was back in the hospital.
So he’s like, “Big Daddy is worried that Small Daddy will run away again, so I won’t let Small Daddy touch me. That way, he can’t run away WITH me and leave Big Daddy alone!”
That’s why, when Cheong-ho finally accepted that Yi-rim wasn’t going to run away and became more relaxed,
Yiho was like, “Okay, Big Daddy is fine now. I can touch my Small Daddy again.”
