Sooo I finished the novel and I felt like it was incomplete... . Heavy on the cases/criminals etc, slow burn, good plot and development. Mls mom was the true mvp. But ... I get it that there were no kids , but not even a wedding?? It was mentioned so many times, the moms helped etc, families met. And NO WEDDING?
