Anyone else getting manhwa format fatigue…?? obv there are manhwas i enjoy bc of the amazing artstyle and creativity and also the plot but those are becoming more and more rare or maybe im getting pickier but mangas tend to have more details and usually do more with the pages they have and it seems theres less mangas being released these days

Oh that makes so much sense !!! i remember when i was like 12 and i had a manga app that doesnt exist anymore and there were literally THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of mangas but now im looping over the same 5 cause theres none being translated

I think they’re just not being worked on anymore by scan teams. With the proliferation of webcomics, it’s easier for people to just upload, or translate from a digital file than to have to buy a physical book, somehow scan it then clean and translate. It’s sad, really.
I mean I was kinda like that too seeing the same tropes over and over again, but there are still some gems that dont follow cliches or twist them in a good way
