if i remember right from the novel,he thinks jungwoo is not good enough for jiwon but he will go over it quickly.he just don t want jiwon to get hurt as jugwoo doesn t have a good track record with dating.

Please let this only be something funny and joke, a Seungjin thing or him being felt betrayed cuz thats valid but can be fixed by them having a proper talk and not him being jealous or having feelings to Jiwon cuz that will definitely ruin their friendship :((
