Do we know why the English translation is on hiatus?

I don't know the reason but it's killing me T-T . I hope someone will pick it up and translate it if the official translation is not meant to resume

Yeah fr at this point...I really like the official tl + the uncensored pps. Maybe they want s2 to finish first and then continue? I know that the series are often on hiatus due to the authors illness but they have long way to catch up anyways so they can do them now I mean...
