Cutting to the main part, I am looking for a manga where the main character is a dark haired somewhat strong male lead (uke) which has a sick older bro. The setting is apocaliptic. There are people who generate energy and share it through sex, and those who wield magical power that driver then insane so that's why they need the first mentioned people in order to not become "monsters". This ml is serving around 4 such males and is forming a deeper connection with one of them, a blond male lead.
