oh my god, the small artistic choices. like the beginning of many chapters where they use famous paintings or artstyles but tie it into the scenery (my fave being when they did The Scream character being clouded with dust to depict Eloise zipping by in the carriage, or the onewhere the maid asked eloise about her relationship w the sergeant and we see massive paintings in a coiple of scenes, looking on to the drama or peeking over the real charactersm’ shoulders to see what’s up). i love the creative libetties LMAOOO. like the geese? love his random ass appearances.
