Tbh, if I was her I'd also give in. Like he can change reality and there's no escaping. She's putting a blind eye thinking he's the good guy even though she can see the holes in his story and the answer is literally on the dairy but still doesn't wanna accept the reality. Her past self is probably still scared of him and doesn't wanna face the real him. And even if she confronts him and stands on her ground he'll keep manipulating him on and on, and on one point she'll get confused and unalive herself again and the cycle keeps on going
