Welp. That sure was something. I liked it because I’m a sucker for childhood friends to lovers but damn Tae-sung really went nutso. I get it, kinda. No I really do. Being obsessed for that long with so much misunderstanding and so much parental and societal oppression; that’d make anyone a little crazy. Rather than rooting out a mental illness, the adults in Tae-sung’s life created one and he had no outlet and almost no one to talk to about it. He was completely isolated, whereas Wooyoung was able to make friends easily and continue moving forward.
Anyway, I’m glad they ended up together and that Wooyoung is dedicated to reassuring Tae-sung of his feelings every couple of hours. It’s giving the ending of Mocking Jay.
