It was a good read
But the uke was selfish- I can’t seem to empathize with him because it’s just like I get that He was trying to prevent the seme from experiencing homophobia/ hate from his family and peers because he was gay
And its like sir the ml is already gay…..
There’s nothing you can do to prevent him experiencing homophobia - homophobia is everywhere ( wait i hope that makes sense)and then at the same time again, if you weren’t ready to be in a relationship with him, why the hell did you play boyfriend??? The back and forth in this story lost me - its like DO U WANT THE MC OR NOT. If you didn’t honestly shouldve rejected the seme so he can move on. TO ghost him / DISAPPEAR with no discussion- for eight years and then come back talking about I just didn’t wanna hurt you …… SIR YOUR THE ONE HURTING HIM. This story low-key reopened my my trauma from Lucky paradise all over again.
I say this every time just because you have trauma does not give you the right to hurt people. It does not make it OK. PLEASE GO HEAL
