Because a disciplinary hearing has to be impartial and factually based alone. There’s no room for objectivity or conflicts of interest, which is why you have to recuse yourself if you know or a part of the person, org, etc “on trial”. And in this case, the information that was presented could’ve been considered a reach in regards to this case and technically should’ve been submitted as its own case or as an appeal post-hearing.

Ugh why even ask if he has any relation to nathan? Like everything he said was the truth.. they just can't handle doing mistakes, as it is in every damn school
