When I was introduced to this I thought it would be spectacular in line with my most favorite webtoons, so I was slightly disappointed. However it's not a bad story and it was a nice short read. Everything kind of fell into place and I do like that it doesn't need a huge story building because every character already has a mold. Not a lot of character or world building, but not every story needs that. And I think this story was all in all fine and good
I do wish there was more world building because there was a lot of background stories etc, and everyone just felt like characters not really people. The main character fell kind of flat to me and so did everything else. The characters all had their prewritten personality traits and never ventured out of it.. The story never really created any sort of atmosphere for me so I never felt that "revenge", only understood why he wanted it. As in, oh he was murdered by his friend so obviously, but other than that nothing... Everything felt so pre written and obvious that the story didn't create tension and atmosphere for the reader to understand it, it was just "yes this is how it is and that is how you will understand it". I'm not sure how to explain it, but as a light read it is fine
