lol it would be better if the chasing arc was long enough to make me forgive ml or to even like him. now looking back, at another perspective of an outsider/bystander, it would seem like mc just threw a tantrum and playing hard to get to really get ml's attention and that's just sad for me bc mc is a genuine person, I just hoped he more cared for himself and stood strong independently.
ml is so hard to like but I can't fully hate him, he pmo so much for introducing mc as just a florist and didn't notice mc being hurt and left out the entire time. I still can't forgive him during those business trip, especially, after the break up where he even got angry at mc for not accepting the apology. He didn't even try to comfort him knowing he's a patient.
don't even get me started to the fact that the pitiful state ml was in (state where he was unshaven and lost weight) was enough to make mc soften his heart and make him seem more pitiful than himself. I just wished he didn't directly showed that he still has lingering feelings though it's understandable given they had 7 years of relationship.
all I want to say is I can't like nor hate this manhua, I'll say it's a so-so but it definitely had good potential. Still I'm glad mc seems more happier in their relationship than in the past, at least, their relationship improved more. And I hope ml treats him with utmost respect and love him unconditionally.
