no im sure the lawyer will not kill him. at least not yet. he will use the comatose brother as a way to tether MC to him. remember the reason why he became obsessed with MC in the first place? it started when he saw MC's crying face. he likes the MC when she feels helpless, and he wants to "own" the MC despair who's completely dependent on him. also, if things go south for him (aka the MC will go against him) he will use the brother as hostage.

Thanks to the f-king God. The brother didn't die. But I suspect the lawyer will try to kill him in some way. Because as long as the brother is alive, MC isn't gonna surrender her to him. Hopefully, the detective will expose the lawyer ass before that.
