I haven't finished reading the novel yet, but Yabas brother refers to Yaba as his "lover" when someone asks him who it is he's searching for. (He didn't mention any names but it's clear that Yaba is the one he refers as "lover" since he's searching for yaba and cocaine and when he gets sled if the2 people he's searching for are his family he say's one of them is his "god" the other one he calls his "lover") so there is a huge implication already that something might've happened between the brothers...

If y'all are concerned about things like rape or SA looking at all the dark themes of the story, there's no explicit rape in the story. It's only Yaba and Yiseok who actually do the deed in the story. And for those concerned about their lives, neither of the two mcs die. I think that's the major cause of reader anxiety in the bl genre lol. But for the most part I feel the story should be enjoyed for what it is. Let it cook, trust me bro.
