I can understand how a second child can be a very understandable conflict in this case, since Arima is intersex, but! Since this is only the second volume, I think that's jumping a bit too far ahead. The first volume is basically Arima accepting to be a family with Mitsuki... but as far as their interpersonal relationship goes, – their romantic love that is, – there is so much territory to explore.
