it's funny how nearly every modern regression webtoon has the IMF crisis as the OP economic flex arc. that shi really traumatized everyone, not just those in the workforce so you get an entire generation writing wish-fulfillment fantasy of they could've salvaged what they can before the crash. don't get me wrong, i love this part bc the regression trope truly shines (or fumbles, depends on the author) during this story line.
