so yea, this is a snippet to what ML said to MC,

lets just accept a redflag ML. HAHAHHA. anw, there wasn't exactly a chasing arc cuz MC didn't even dare to get away from ML so the story unfolds by MC staying by ML side through ML's antics, yes ML has this lowkey manipulation and very authoritative way of putting MC on where he is.
I guess, MC isn't really highlighted in this story, he's an okay kind of lead ya know. He's kind but not too kind, he's strong but not too strong, he knows his place well. and in the manhwa's era, MC's actions are i think justified. he tries to live a good life but can't bcs of ML lmao, he's scared for his dear life and his actions are all based on surviving. poor guy just doesn't want to die.
anw, MC and ML was stuck together and has their adventure HAHAHAH they were on honeymoon phase according to ML. there was one time, MC and ML was abt to sleep but they heard a lot of commotions outside, ML stopped MC by telling him not to stick his nose and tries to be hero, surprisingly MC wasn't stubborn and acknowledged ML, like fr bro, don't unnecessarily put yourself on danger.
at this point imma just blurt out things i remember lol HAHAHAH another scene was when the 2nd disciple targeted MC but ML noticed it so 2nd disciple appeared in front and kneel to his master. ML was batshit furious. ML made 2nd disciple ask for forgiveness to MC and i think this was the time that ML declared to the Demonic Cult (there were a lot of shadow people who heard it following 2nd disciple) that MC is his.
So in the story, ML has a ZERO words of affirmation love language. he's a tease, an infatuating strong guy who knows his ego and pride. So his speech is sometimes hurtful but then his actions are not lol. He never really claims in front that he loves MC, but he shows through his actions.
He doesn't let anyone disrespect MC. and to do that, ML even gave MC the power of an ancestor Heavenly Demon. So ML made MC as his equal. but at this part, I was really mad bcs after MC acquiring it, he had to do this strenuous work where he got black sweat which is apparently has an horrible smell. ML wasn't even sugarcoating when he says to MC that he stinks, disgusting etc. So when MC acquired it he was sad, thinking to himself that 'maybe it wasn't enough' and was insecure. ML noticed it so he backed it up with saying that 'there's an inn nearby where they can relax and have wine' so MC was confused HAHAHA. He doesn't know what's with ML. (ML knows that MC loves fine wine)
another maddening thing abt ML is that he always, always points out how MC is getting old. his wrinkles, grey and dry hair etc. MC was insecure and even started looking at the mirror huhuhu.
Oh btw, ML is an old man right but i dont really care cuz I just think of him as vampire or whatever and MC is 33 yrs old.
so anw, ML is indeed intentionally pointing it out and sneered when he knew that MC was bothered. ML wants MC to be conscious. so that MC will put more effort on training to be young and live a longer life so that they can stay together for hundreds of years HAHAHAH. MC was like 'why would I want to live a longer life? and who says I want to live with you for a hundred of years?'
they slept together with ML teasing MC with stories on how ML wants to live their life together, like ML wants to travel the world, to see lots of things, and do whatever. ML was imagining his future with MC and MC was so bothered LMAOOOO. ML is so audacious i like it.
ML really likes to tease MC of getting old (not like he's an old man himself lmao). One time, MC woke up with ML's lap and ML is plucking out MC's gray hair HAHAHAHAH. Their conversation was quite wholesome and funny, MC just thought that ML is the reason why MC feels like he's getting older.
And while traveling, they had to cross the river so they had to abandon their horses. ML carried MC through his back, and it was so funny cuz MC don't know if it's intentional or not that ML cupped MC's butt HAHAHAHAH. yez, ML is so strong he can walk/run on the waterrr
and so, they have a lot of enemies right. ML was so obsessed he ain't that typical lead where he wants to left behind his partner to protect him LOLL, ML made sure that MC is safe by staying together aaaaa. So yea, they were glued to each other.
the only time they weren't was on the last chapter, where ML had to fight gwak-ho and the nine strong guys, this was peak cuz everyone thought ML is doomed and cornered and made MC worried. He was running and telling ML's disciple that ML is in danger so when they were abt to rescue ML, they were shocked cuz ML was in front of gwak ho with nine severed heads. ML is insane.
Gwak-ho provoked ML by saying that he's a dumb king bcs he fell in love with a man. ML rebuked by saying MC is just his boytoy T^T MC was hurt but then ML send a telepathy to MC that it was part of a plan. He didn't tell why (I'm telling you ML has zero communication skills) but according to ML it was to NOT put MC on danger so gwak ho or the enemies will not see MC as ML's weakness.
So yea, gwak ho got killed.
and MC ran towards ML crying and feeling relieved that ML is safe. They kissed in front of all the soldiers or whatever. MC is head over heels, it was the first time he didn't mind the watch of other people. (he used to be shy and afraid of how flirtatious the ML lol)
I think, ML really has zero zero zero sweet words in his mouth but then, he shows through his actions. He doesn't intentionally tries to spew hurtful words to MC.
the ending was that their was a meeting between the demonic cult. ML announced that MC should be his equal and that they should respect him. He passes his leadership to his 1st disciple and even punishes the 3rd disciple (the one who made MC ate Gu worm) a probation for 6 months. ML thought that it was hitting two birds at one stone, letting 1st disciple build his courage to lead the cult on his own and letting others knows thst he shows no mercy when it comes to MC.
so yea, ML retires and MC learned that it's a good thing when ML is not needed bcs when he is needed it means war lol. ending shows them walking and kissing.

ML is so smitten he asked to build a garden named Pair of Wings, a pond named Pair of Fish?? and used intertwined branches HAHAHAHAH. This just show how inlove he is, everything is in pairs LMAOOOOOOOO.
also seung-hyo appeared, saying that he has to hide (he was hiding bcs of Ja Myorang (the lafy they met who's his fiancee) HICH IS APPARENTLY.....

Ja Eun-hwa, a man LMAOOO HAHAHAHAHAH. He is disguised as ja myorang, and it reveals that seung-hyo is a bottom lololol. Eun-hwa is still jealous of MC and blatantly shames him so ML appeared.
ML threated seung-hyo to cut eun-hwa's lips so seung-hyo was so scared lolol. MC begged ML to stop it, and ML doesn't want to but he also doesn't want to sleep in separate rooms with MC so he made a deal with MC that he will stop if he agrees for MC and ML to travel in Rome. Yep, manipulative as he is AHAHHAHAHA.

so i dont really understand the novel and there's a lot of korean names and faction/cult that i cant remember, i tried writing them down to understand it a bit but i gave up. this was why id rather watch harry potter than read bcs my imagination is low asf, lower than my iq bro.
so base on MY imagination lol,
MC was unlucky taught by an already dead old guy master of martial art, it was a power to follow people with great speed and agility. MC is an orphan so he grew up working his ass off in wars, he's a member of Demonic Cult. bcs of his power, the 1st and 3rd disciple of the Heavenly Demon ordered him to follow ML (he's the heavenly demon). ML is the boss and strongest of all. He has four disciple.
1. ML's heir to the position, but he's still anxious of being the next leader so he tries his best to protect ML.
2. this guy has a complicated family connection HAHA. i got lost so much so i dont know if im spitting facts but, he's the son of Gwak Ho (?) the villain in this story. ML accepted him as a disciple bcs his mother died protecting ML from gwak ho.
3. he's teaming up with 1st disciple for the protection of ML
4. the only girl disciple, i cant really remember her in the story lol.
the main plot of this story revolves on ML's complicated past. ML has a brother, and idk what happened to them HAHAHAHAH i sucked at giving spoilers huh, so the Qilin Token/Tablet is just an emblem ML gave to his brother so he doesn't really care about that. and the Jade Qilin is somewhat connected to ML's brother.
the dark past was that ML's master's wife him when he was fourteen. That fuckass bitch carried a daughter with ML against his will, so he never really considered her as his child. That daughter is the wife of the villain Gwak Ho, the father of his 2nd disciple, this means he is his grandson. So yes, ML's daughter died protecting ML.
Gwak-Ho tried to kill ML because he thought that ML and his wife had an affair bcs the wife begs ML to take their son as his disciple and acknowledge him as his grandson. In short, he misunderstood lol.
So anw, ML took his revenge to his master's wife, killed her. idk what happened between ML and his brother, but the brother is on a different faction, i cant remember lol. That brother has a wife and a son, who looks exact like ML. imma stop here, idk what im saying.
so back to the present, Gwak Ho is now plotting his schemes and two other factions are also mentioned. ML has to disguise himself as that blonde guy Seung-hyo (his grandson??? i think sworn grandson, like from a friend)
MC was ordered to follow ML and was forced by the 3rd disciple to take a 'Gu' worm, like a contract where MC is a servant and the 3rd disciple is the Master. That is to keep watch on MC that he wont abandon his work. So yeah, along that journey, ML knew all along that MC was following him so he approached him disguised by Seung-hyo, saved MC from enemies.
from that point, they had a journey to save children bcs of Gwak-ho scemes. A young lady appeared, her name is Jo Myorang, 13yrs old and she is the self-proclaimed fiance of real Seung-hyo so she was shocked by the sudden changes of her dear fiance lmao, it was ML all along and boi, he's gay through and through. He doesn't like women a bit.
anw, this jo myorang put aphrodisiac on ML's tea, but MC drank it. so ML and MC had chuchu, ML can't remove the aphrodisiac caused it made it even stronger by the Gu worm so he had no choice but to do the deed with MC despite having another man's appearance. Myorang heard it all, they did it for 2 days lmao, she was behind the door all this time lol.
at this point, MC is now attached to the disguised ML bcs he was saved thrice and at some point, MC was even willing to risk his life for ML, that made ML's jealous cuz why the fck MC is so blushy and cutesy with seung-hyo's appearance.
despite his jealousy, ML is a lustful man lol. He kept leading MC with his disguise. The first time MC met the real seung-hyo, MC immediately knew that something was off, thatit was not ML, it was bcs of his palm lmao. ML's palm is soft, while real seung-hyo was full of callouses. when ML knew abt this he was real mad at real seung-hyo, even though seung-hyo just lightly tap MC's shoulder lol.
anw, MC at the very last chapter of manhwa raws, ML disguise came to an end when he had to go away for a few days to follow enemies, so he made real seung-hyo to watch for MC. this made MC doubt even more and immediately realized that it was not him and threatened real seung-hyo,
real seung-hyo confessed the truth to MC. MC was devasted and still dont know who he fell inlove for. Yes, MC fell for ML's disguise.
bcs of their enemies (lmao idk), MC got really hurt and got burned on his back, the one who saved him was ML. Also i think, at this part, ML was supposed to capture gwak-ho but he prioritize MC so gwak-ho got away. this lead to a war lolol. He chose MC over a thousands lives, yes crazy right.
so ML nurses MC, he stayed by his side as ML but when MC was slowly recovering he remained with his disguise. at the carriage, they had a their confrontation. this was when ML revealed himself. Mc was mad, though he's still fearful with ML bcs duh, he is the boss, the strongest, the heavenly demon but still, MC tried to stand his ground.
ML had this frank way of speech, like he's so salty and bashful but at the end, he tries to show his love for MC huhu. at the carriage, ML kneeled!! like fr, the strongest, the shittiest man alive kneeled in front of a lowly commoner MC lol. ML didn't ask for forgiveness HAHAHA, he has the nastiest personality, he somehow confessed while gaslighting MC.
